How to Apply
Admission form can be downloaded form the website and appropriately filled in The followings document are required to be attached with the forms
a) Attested copy of Educational Certificates
b) 5 photographs (Passport/stamp size)
c) Attested Xerox copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.
d) Attested copy of Photo ID with address proof.
e) A/C payee cheque for the required amount drawn in favour of “INSTITUTE FOR INSPIRATION & SELF DEVELOPMENT” for registration of seat.
The admission from, duly filled in and signed, has to submitted along with all the enclosures at the Reception of the Institution.
